Sushant Singh Rajput case investigation update.

Sushant Singh Rajput case: CBI says it is conducting a professional investigation and no aspect has been ruled out as of date.

After Sushant Singh Rajput’s family lawyer Vikas Singh expressed his displeasure over the speed at which the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) as carrying out its investigation, the premier agency lent clarification on the same. In their defense, the CBI told ANI, “The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is conducting a professional investigation related to the death of Sushant Singh Rajput in which all aspects are being looked at and no aspect has been ruled out as of date. Investigation is continuing.” Vikas Singh had claimed that the late actor’s family feels that the probe is being taken into a different direction. He also added that the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) was diverting the attention from the real case towards the drug case. During his interaction with the media, the lawyer reportedly alleged that an AIIMS doctor told him that Sushant's death was by "strangulation" and not by "suicide". However, Dr Sudhir Gupta of the AIIMS panel dismissed making all such claims. Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Mumbai apartment on June 14. His tragic death case is currently being probed by three investigative agencies namely the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).

With the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) questioning several top Bollywood divas as part of its investigation into the drug angle in actor Sushant Singh Rajput's death, the drug law enforcement agency's chief Rakesh Asthana arrived in Mumbai on Sunday to take stock of the probe.
